Consulting services are related to ETG’s core competencies in training design, coaching, and testing. Consulting services generally include several meetings in advance to define project goals and objectives, create milestones and action steps, and, after delivery of services, a complete report out. Candidate Assessment

We will assess your current job candidates’ communication skills in a series of interviews, role plays, and test score analyses which will identify each candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement. ETG comprehensive testing includes an assessment of language skills in both English and Japanese, business communication skills such as making a presentation or chairing a meeting, and intercultural skills for working globally. Interventions & Personal Improvement Plans (PIP)

Incorporate the best practices in designing a personal improvement plan for employees. We help you build relationships and credibility as a manager or leader by providing interventions and a coaching plan for employees who are underperforming. Using your 360 Feedback, ETG will analyze, collaborate with you, and design training or coaching to help employees improve performance and meet objectives.
